Hi John,

As an interim coordinator of the allocation to Sweden under the current/previous regime (44.140), my first question is: Does the new AUP/TOS imply that ARDC will be the only registry managing AMPRNet addresses or do you foresee any regional/national subregistries?

As responsible for an academic research network (AS8973) professionally operated for 15+ years, I hereby apply for a /24 network for strictly non-commercial and publicly available research . I will send a signed statement that we are willing to supply BGP advertisements. Our transit provider to the Internet is the campus network of the university to which the network belongs (www.kth.se), which is connected to the Swedish Research and Education Network (SUNET). We also do peering with all members of a local IXP (www.solix.se). These agreements are not time limited. What more details would you need?

As a coordinator of a project stimulating ham clubs at universities all over the world setting up environment monitoring networks based on wireless sensor networks , I wonder what package deal would be possible to do for partner universities.

Bjorn
