Hi...
I am having a problem with the encap.txt files; getting an older version rather than the latest issue.
I get these files using FTP.  And its always worked perfectly for years..
Now I get an older version each time I try and get a new encap.txt file.

Hi Don,

It is the portal (https://portal.ampr.org) that handles the encap.txt file now, RIP gets it's data from the portal, so I could imagine how the reverse situation could occur, but not the one you describe.

Where are you obtaining the encap.txt file from? i.e. FTP? Email?

Thanks,
Chris
