As of today, 

• About 174 new tickets are in the queue.

• About 459 tickets are open and awaiting response. Please note that 459 includes both new and open tickets.

• 257 are awaiting a response from the user

• 28 are awaiting a response from an admin 

Since April 3, we have closed about 3,730 tickets. 

A correction on closed tickets: on 10/25, the 3,828 tickets reported in the update actually corresponds to the total number of tickets in the system, not the number of closed tickets. Revisiting the stats, the actual number closed on 10/25 would’ve been closer to about 3,600. 

If you were unable to attend the Portal Training Workshops and are interested in becoming a Ticket Handler, please sign our confidentiality agreement, send me an email (rebecca@ardc.net), and I will send you the link to the video, along with the password.
