I didn't make DCC unfortunately (maybe next year), I wonder could
you maybe outline how the 44-net process will differ under the new
TOS vis-a-vis how it is currently being run, OR, is this just
formalising what is already in place? (or have I just put my foot
in it and missed a post somewhere?)
