I received a message on the portal that my ticket about a Portal issue is unclear (ticket 2561).

When creating a ticket on the Portal, if you then proceed to add a file (e.g. a file of a screenshot), it deletes your text.

I screenshot my issue - hopefully it was seen. Just FYI. So not sure people can report issues.
