Have you made sure that ip_forward has been set to 1?
Also you probably need to publish the computers mac address for the jnos ip address.

Check the NOS-BBS archives and if that doesn't help, a post to that
list we get to folks that are using it.

There is a difference in configuration of the /dev/ptys with the newer
Linux systems but that's resolved by using the tun0 driver.
