Hi Rob,

The system sends out a reminder at 7, 14 & 21 days of waiting for a user to respond, it then sends out a final warning at 28 days and finally closes the ticket at 35 days of no response, quite reasonable I think - a lot of commercial providers I use close your ticket after a few days to a week!

If you have an open ticket you need to keep an eye on it, check in once a week or so to reply to your outstanding tickets? Also, check your spam folder if you’re not seeing the reminder emails. Finally, check you have the reminder notifications set to “email” - if you switched that off the system will create a notification but it just gets displayed when you login.

Of course, if you are in need of some help you have the option to re-open the ticket, so no problem really.

I logged in to my portal account and I see all of my tickets have been closed
after a number of "[AUTO] A reminder was sent to the ticket owner to respond soon."
and finally a "[AUTO] This ticket will be closed in 7 days if there is no update."
message had been added.
However, I have not received such reminders!
Maybe that partly explains why the number of open tickets is decreasing?
