[44net] ampr-ripd 1.7 released

Hello OMs, Proud to announe ampr-ripd olympic edition :-) I added support for dynamic host names and the use of ampr subnets in the ignore list of ampr-ripd. Now, hostnames and 44 subnets, either full/netmask (e.g. 44.182.20.0/24) or encap style (e.g. 44.182.21/24) can be added. No other functional changes.
