[44net] Git Repo for OpenVPN Examples

All, In the spirit of what GitLab is supposed to be for, I've started a git repo for example OpenVPN configurations that people are using on 44Net. The intention is not to necessarily be a step-for-step guide (although that's always welcome) but to provide examples of what people are doing that work well.
