[44net] IP allocation in Australia

Hi, I'm trying to get an allocation of IPs (a /28) for some projects here. The /28 is to be split between the LAN (and perhaps HSMM type wifi), and more traditional low speed RF (i.e. 2 /29s). Looking through the Australian lists, there were no existing regions within VHF range of here that I could see (I'm in Bendigo, central Victoria).
