Brian I wish everyone took your stance on the rules that you talk about at roughly 41:46. That is pretty much how I do things myself. I agree 100 % on the arm chair lawyer thing not being productive and all it does is discourage experimentation and potential new folks. Its a good video overview of a well setup network.
