[44net] Special event on 44net

This coming Sunday is the Indianapolis 500 “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing." If you would like to work the iconic W9IMS (Indianapolis Motor Speedway Amateur Radio Club) on 44net, connect your local IRLP repeater to Reflector 9200 beginning at 09:00 eastern (13:00 UTC) Sunday. Why is this pertinent here? Well, IRLP is making considerable use of 44net for a significant part of our infrastructure including Reflector 9200 at 44.127.48.1. There are just shy of 500 repeaters and other nodes in the network with 44net IP addresses, including mine at 44.127.48.7 over a cellular link. — Dave K9DC, K9IP
