It's strange that the packets are shown as fragmented packets.
Also I have no idea who 76.114.216.250 is, it's the source IP for
fragmented IP packets received on my gateway when pinging from your
website...
There is no firewall on that system

Also I don't see any ICMP reply packets and your website reports:
