Not only in the US.
I have a Vultr VPS in the UK and BGP peering is free of charge (included in the price and
transit bandwidth of the VPS). They currently route my /24. I pay about 5 Eur or so per
month for the VPS.
It'll all depend on what we can do within the ARDC and what we can set up, but the end
goal should be that it is free to the end-users and maintainers.
