ampr DNS. Only 44.4.39.8 and none of the other addresses in your /29
are registered, so only 44.4.39.8 gets traffic through the UCSD gateway.
Traffic to unregistered addresses gets dropped.
You will need to have DNS entries for those other addresses added.
