Jeremy, As has been the case for many many years, every single address that you want to receive internet traffic for must be registered in the ampr DNS. Only 44.4.39.8 and none of the other addresses in your /29 are registered, so only 44.4.39.8 gets traffic through the UCSD gateway. Traffic to unregistered addresses gets dropped. You will need to have DNS entries for those other addresses added.
