That's what I thought, it's not 44.182.21.0 but rather 44.182.21.1 and
maybe that's part of the problem for those attempting to ping you..
Yes I was able to ping 44.182.21.1 long ago but as I"ve been reviewing the
replies I only see .0 referred to and not .1
