Hmm, I found out why, because this PC is on the IPIP mesh, it'd trying
to route via the tunnel, and performance sucks via that route. This
doesn't affect email, because that's outsourced to Google on my end, but
it does affect the ability to manage my list subscription. Looks like
I'll have to jump through a few hoops on another PC that's not on the
mesh. :/
