Of course it was rhetorical!
Hey, not everyone in the ham community has a technical bent. The hobby
has room for lots of different kinds of people - it stagnates when we don't!
I'm a builder/maker/techie - and an OS gourmand. I can deal with
Windows/Mac OS/Linux/SunOS/BSD/MTS/... - and enjoy the differences!
Some hams are less into the deep technology, and more into the
communications side of the hobby - hey, it's OK if you want to stick
with only Windows! You're probably doing a better job of communicating
about the hobby than I am...
