That's an important point: what content can be forwarded over an RF link
and under which conditions to do it (callsign identification and so on)
depends on each country's regulations.
In Spain there is a licence, but the wording is very general and vague.
The licence terms explicitly forbid 3rd party traffic, so I think it's
probably forbidden to forward general internet content, but the idea you
get depends very much on how you interpret the wording of the licence,
and no one seems to care much.
In the UK (the other country I'm familiar with its regulations), it's
also not so clear for me whether general internet content is allowed.
The wording of the regulations is always very clear, but it doesn't seem
to address this matter directly, so one would need to read very
carefully. In particular, there is no mention of 3rd party traffic in
the licence terms. Perhaps someone knows better about whether general
internet content is allowed or not in the UK.
