We did have something similar years ago... dgip which was created by
K2MF for MFNOS and ported to linux by Terry Dawson (showing my age in
how long I've been at this stuff) while not 100% dynamic in nature, it'd
be a starting point. Maiko may have this in JNOS still, that I'm unsure
of.
