Ok. I know what's wrong.
The route is created only at tunnel creation.
So you need to delete the ampr-44.130.120.65 tunnel interface.
On first run it will be recreated and it will be ok.
Also there probably will be an invalid route to 44.130.120.0/24 which
has to be cleared by hand.
