A few things to remember if you're going this route:
1. The script only touches tunnels that have changed, so it won't turn
off ND for any of your existing tunnels. You could remove all your
tunnels before running to script to benefit from the script's new
ND-disable settings.
2. If you had previously changed your device default to disable ND,
the script change is moot.
