One proposal was that all endpoints must be ham
stations or facilities
primarily provided by and for hams.
I rather like that; it's fairly non-restrictive and allows for just about any
kind of transport or intermediate routing but should keep the netspace from
being subverted to commercial interests.

In theory this sounds great!
But when we see **loose cannons** on the list making threats toward the space it sometime
make you wonder if we can even fully trust our brethren Hams.
