Based on the communication to date. I'm not convinced that even ARDC has a
clue how this will be done.
Personally, I feel like the plan to sell the space was made and executed
before any thought of how to deal with the results of it were even
considered. I've worked with a number of projects outside of tech where
there was a sudden windfall cash injection but no plan in place at the
time. Every one of those has had less than stellar results and value from
the cash.
