Hello John,
Per http://bgp.he.net/AS62744 , I see that you're peering with AT&T and
Hurricane Electric. Unless you can get an exception from them, most
tier-1 providers won't advertise anything less than a /22 into BGP these
days.
Fortunately, AMPR has a chunk of space available so you might want to
change your request to be a /22 (four /24s).
