Try add on autoexec.nos or manually test:
route add 44.153.35/24 ax0 or
route add 44.153.35/24 ax0 44.153.35.100
Then ping/telnet 44.153.35.xx , should go via RF (ax0)

as I can do to make 44.153.35.0/24 out by ax0 and not tunl0
