Well, hamradio.ucsd.edu is certainly available; it's the master AMPR DNS server
already and it hosts this mailing list. Adding the rwhois server to it wouldn't
task it too much, I think. We could have backup/redundant servers as appropriate.
Services can move as they outgrow it.
