Hello Brian,
Today at 10:10UTC noticed that whole 44.165 national block
is TOTALLY missing in rip44v2 broadcasts from amprgw!
Therefore any software relaying on OH7LZB's rip44d
or YO2LOJ's ampr-ripd daemons is useless at the moment.
Although encap.txt file downloaded directly
from portal.ampr.org is __pretty correct__!
