[44net] ampr-ripd 1.10 released

Hello OMs, Hopefully a last update for some time. Tnx to Demetre, SV1UY, who found the problem, I corrected a small 64bit/32bit sscanf issue resulting in "code 14 arg 64" messages appearing on consoles during run on selected systems. I also moved to using daemon instead of plain fork() for daemonization. Debug output was reduced to a minimum, just to allow finding of the password (and making the code smaller). If needed, there is a DOPT line in the Makefile to be uncommented to reenable full debug output. I also did some code clean-up regarding data types.
