Can you describe some of the issues or requirements that makes finding IP
transit difficult? I can suggest quite a few options that have worked out
for me, but it usually requires asking for exactly the right thing and
little bit of luck of finding the right person.
It is possible some of us here can start a joint venture and share some of
the cost. Ideally we'd do it under the AMPRnet name, I guess it really can
be under any corporate/LLC name.
