A couple points of clarification here:
What I'm asking is mainly related to what virtualization technology I ought
be looking for to run this on top of such that the interfaces work, though
this is likely less important if I find someone willing to simply bgp
announce the netblock over bgp and route it to my vps.
I'd prefer it be us based so as not to have to cross the pond multiple
times though being announced via bgp helps with that as well by avoiding
sdsu and the tunnel mesh.
