Hellou Paul et al,
In contrary to your access problem with portal.amp.org,
not being logged in, I can access Contact us and
Networks subnenus.
Being just curious, I checked all available
submenus without any problem.
Cheking been done from Sony Xperia Z1.

If one logs in
I am not able to access the Welcome Contact Networks shortcut menu
Can only access it when not logged in to the portal
Does not show up on the Home subnenu
