Yes, When creating A records, If I recall (I haven't been handling our DNS updates)
PTR records are created, which is what we're after. We already manage our own A
records within the
hamwan.net and
hamwan.org domains.
We are aware of needing to have DNS servers be available to various sources, and our
authoritative (not recursive) servers already meet the need of serving external networks.

FYI, you listed A records, one was not a 44 address. You'll still need those forward
entries if you wish to reach a device by hostname.
Most records in the in-addr.arpa domain are PTR records. Also, just a suggestion,
you'll have to make sure that the DNS server is available inside and outside AMPR,
should it be delegated.
