Jim,
The owner of the address space, in this case ARDC, provides an LOA (Letter of
Authorization), which you provide to your ISP/NSP, so that they can have evidence you’re
allowed to use and advertise the space.
I’m not sure what the letter you’ve gotten from your ISP actually authorizes since they’re
not the owner of your 44-net space.

Hi,
I've gotten my ISP to provide me a letter to authorize advertising of my
44net subnet. Nowhere on the Wiki can I find where to send this document.
Where do I send it? I glean that I need to mail it (do I need an original
document from my ISP? They have given me a signed but scanned document for
now).
