Ok, I will wait for few more replies, I think this confirm my tought. My
firewall is not working propely. until I will ping you, you wont be able to
ping me back, then after thet you will be OK for about 15 minutes, then you
are blocked again. try again in 30 minutes or so, I am sure you won't be
able to ping me back.
