I don't have a lot to add to the recent back-and-forth here except that I
would like to volunteer my time and somewhat meagre talents. I learnt tcp/ip
from the KA9Q NOS
and it helped meat my job at IBM at the time in the early 1990's.
I live in North Carolina and believe there is already a coordinator in my
state. Backup? Eastern half of state vs western? Whatever!
