I agree with you. I guess when you sell so much internet service to
ISP's, some of this simple information is located in different
departments. This seems to be the case.

Keep in mind there is a non-trivial amount of configuration work they have to do, to make
it work. If they cannot tell you what their ASN is, they probably do not offer the
