The coordinator for that area was/is Geoff Joy; he probably hasn't had
an opportunity to register with the portal yet.
Some time down the road, after we get the portal's DNS interface defined
and working, we'll begin deallocating unclaimed addresses, so you need
not be concerned; we'll get them back eventually.
I registered with the portal this evening. I am still alive and kicking.
Mike, I can delete your 44.18.x.x allocations if the robot is still active,
otherwise I will wait for the portal to develop a method.
