Hi Geoff,
The most likely reason is that your anti-spam software has quarantined the emails, check
your quarantine folder. The other possibility is that your upstream ISP is pre-filtering
your emails and blocking it due to incorrectly identifying it as spam.
What email address were you using? and when did you last try to register? I can check the
mail log to see if our server delivered the confirmation email ok.
