All,
I'm in the process of applying for number resources for ARIN for my workplace. I
received an email telling me to act on the ticket immediately.
So it seems, at midnight, ARIN entered Phase Four of thier IPv4 Depletion Countdown Plan -
having only /8 worth of IP addresses remaining.
