I think a key point here is if you want them to be able to reach the
Internet via the AMPR gateway in San Diego,CA then YES, each IP will
need it's own DNS "A" record. If you just want to talk to other hosts
on the IPIP mesh, NO, each of your IPs won't need a DNS record.
