Chris (G1FEF) can delegate rDNS for allocated subnets.
This sounds a bit like what is being done at http://hamwan.org/

they will annonce by BGP the subnet they were allowed. Of course they will
use a DNS for many of the service they will have on the network.
They are wondering how will reverse DNS will sork and if it is possible to
change/add the reverse dns names of the machine.
