To be *on* those networks, the machine would have addresses, eg:
44.123.45.67/26 -> 44net, + default 0/0 route ability
44.128.67.89/10 -> 44net, no default 0/0 route ability
192.168.56.78/24 -> home LAN + default 0/0 route ability
But those are technical details; ... the VPN software would take care
of the details of assignment/setup/teardown/routes.
