Where? I've never heard of these guys, are you sure it's not an abandoned site like the http://fadca.info group?

Ironically I ran into one of these Fadca people at a hamfest 3-4 years ago after giving a talk, they wanted to know how they could take over allocating 44.98/16 since it's "rightfully theirs". I kept walking :)
