Marius, you're quite correct, it won't find some of the gateways that
really should be deleted, but it will find some of them that should,
and it's my feeling that some is better than none.
Right now it's finding 45 out of 432 unreachable, and if those are
confirmed as down by being unreachable for some time (perhaps a few
months?), I think that's a little too high a percentage. Better to have
the statistics to work from rather than just guessing.
