[44net] Important: bugfix ampr-ripd 1.5 and amprd 1.3

Sorry to bother you again, but one (hopeful) final update. Trying to fix some details, I introduced a stupid netmask calculation bug (all routes had a /8 /16 or /24 netmask) It was present in all amprd versions and in ampr-ripd v1.4. So please update to the lates versions from www.yo2loj.ro under ham project. or directly http://www.yo2loj.ro/hamprojects/ampr-ripd-1.5.tgz http://www.yo2loj.ro/hamprojects/amprd-1.3.tgz Hopeful this is the last update for some time :-) 73s, Marius, YO2LOJ
