We have discussed cleaning out the inactive gateways, but we've
never done it. That's not what happened.

I seem to remember a cleansing of the gateways that are inactive, maybe you can fix this
so that those whose CPE no longer allows rip to function (the ‘bitten’) can still make use
of the system.
