I agree the scope of this project is very large, Maybe I am overestimating
the amount of people and funding that would be available for this challenge.
If I was up to snuff on coding skills these are things
I'd be working on.
This is a good time to start. 99% of this can be done in python.. or
golang.. Or rust.. but probably python. :)
