Hello Sam,
You have to create an account on the portal: https://portal.ampr.org
<https://portal.ampr.org/> if you haven’t already, then login and click on Home
-> Networks
Go find the network you want to request address space in (probably 44.31.0.0/16 if you
want to BGP announce a /24)
Scroll to the bottom of the networks page, past all the existing assignments and click on
the link of the network address right at the bottom, this will give you a form to complete
to place a request.
