Frederic, there is no way to restrict the membership of the mailing list
to a specific group of people without my having to correspond with each
applicant individually before approving their subscription, and I really
don't have the time for that.
I can unsubscribe, ban, or moderate troublemakers, although I have never
yet had to do so. Most realized they were unwelcome and left on their own.
